Driver Terms
RyvoRide is pre-launch. These terms describe our intended service and will be updated when the app launches. These terms will apply to drivers who sign up through RyvoRide.
1. Independent contractor
Drivers are independent, not employees or agents of RyvoRide, and choose when and whether to drive.
2. Eligibility
You must be 21 or older, hold a valid licence, vehicle registration, insurance and CNIC/ID, and pass verification and background checks.
3. Vehicle
Your vehicle must be roadworthy, clean and meet our category standards.
4. Earnings
RyvoRide charges a commission on completed trips (communicated before launch) and pays out weekly. You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
5. Conduct
You must follow our Community Guidelines, traffic law, and treat riders respectfully.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts for safety, fraud or repeated complaints.
7. Data
We process your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

شروط السائقين
خدمة RyvoRide قيد الإطلاق. تصف هذه الشروط خدمتنا المقصودة وسيتم تحديثها عند إطلاق التطبيق. ستسري هذه الشروط على السائقين المسجّلين عبر RyvoRide.
١. مقاول مستقل
السائقون مستقلون وليسوا موظفين أو وكلاء لـ RyvoRide، ويختارون متى وهل يقودون.
٢. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك ٢١ عاماً فأكثر، وأن تحمل رخصة قيادة وتسجيل مركبة وتأميناً وبطاقة هوية سارية، وأن تجتاز التحقق وفحص السجل.
٣. المركبة
يجب أن تكون مركبتك صالحة للسير ونظيفة وتستوفي معايير الفئة.
٤. الأرباح
تفرض RyvoRide عمولة على الرحلات المكتملة (تُعلن قبل الإطلاق) وتدفع أسبوعياً. أنت مسؤول عن ضرائبك ومصاريفك.
٥. السلوك
يجب أن تلتزم بإرشادات المجتمع وقوانين المرور وأن تحترم الركاب.
٦. الإيقاف
قد نوقف الحسابات أو نزيلها لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة أو الاحتيال أو الشكاوى المتكررة.
٧. البيانات
نعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
