By using ryvoride.com or our social channels you agree to these terms. RyvoRide is pre-launch. These terms describe our intended service and will be updated when the app launches.
1. The service
RyvoRide plans to connect riders with independent drivers. Cities, features, prices and launch dates shown on this site may change and are not a binding offer.
2. Waitlist
Joining does not guarantee access. You confirm the contact details you submit are yours and that you are 18 or older.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, submit other people's data, scrape it, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.
4. Intellectual property
The RyvoRide name, logo, design and content belong to RyvoRide. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
5. Third-party links
We are not responsible for external sites or social platforms we link to.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
8. Changes & contact

باستخدامك ryvoride.com أو قنواتنا الاجتماعية فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. خدمة RyvoRide قيد الإطلاق. تصف هذه الشروط خدمتنا المقصودة وسيتم تحديثها عند إطلاق التطبيق.
١. الخدمة
تخطط RyvoRide للربط بين الركاب وسائقين مستقلين. قد تتغير المدن والمزايا والأسعار وتواريخ الإطلاق المعروضة في الموقع ولا تُعد عرضاً ملزماً.
٢. قائمة الانتظار
الانضمام لا يضمن الوصول إلى الخدمة. وتقرّ بأن بيانات التواصل التي تدخلها تخصّك وأن عمرك ١٨ عاماً أو أكثر.
٣. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع إساءة استخدام الموقع أو إدخال بيانات الآخرين أو سحب محتواه آلياً أو محاولة اختراقه أو استخدامه بشكل غير قانوني.
٤. الملكية الفكرية
اسم RyvoRide وشعارها وتصميمها ومحتواها ملك للشركة، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.
٥. الروابط الخارجية
لسنا مسؤولين عن المواقع ومنصات التواصل الخارجية التي نربط بها.
٦. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم الموقع «كما هو». وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدامه.
٧. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين باكستان وتختص محاكمها بالنظر في النزاعات، مع مراعاة حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتك.
