Privacy Policy
This policy explains how RyvoRide ("we", "us") handles personal data on ryvoride.com and in our social channels, and how we will handle data in the RyvoRide app once launched.
1. What we collect
- Waitlist form: email or phone number, rider/driver choice, language, date/time, and a one-way hashed IP address used only to prevent spam.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through our social media accounts.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security.
- After app launch: account details, location, trip history, payment information and device data, as described in an updated version of this policy.
2. Why we use it
To contact you about launch and launch offers, to operate and secure the website, to respond to enquiries, and to meet legal obligations. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers (hosting, email, analytics if enabled) bound to protect it, and with authorities where legally required.
4. Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (which may receive your IP address) and links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and GitHub, which have their own privacy policies.
5. Retention
Waitlist data is kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time. See Data Deletion or email [email protected].
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no system is perfectly secure.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country (for example by our hosting provider) with appropriate safeguards.

توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل RyvoRide («نحن») مع البيانات الشخصية على ryvoride.com وقنواتنا الاجتماعية، وكيف سنتعامل معها في تطبيق RyvoRide بعد إطلاقه.
١. ما نجمعه
- نموذج قائمة الانتظار: البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف، وكونك راكباً أو سائقاً، واللغة، والتاريخ والوقت، وقيمة مُشفّرة غير قابلة للعكس من عنوان IP تُستخدم لمنع الإزعاج فقط.
- الرسائل: أي شيء ترسله لنا عبر البريد أو حساباتنا على وسائل التواصل.
- بيانات تقنية: سجلات الخادم الأساسية (IP والمتصفح والصفحات المطلوبة) التي يحتفظ بها مزوّد الاستضافة لأغراض الأمان.
- بعد إطلاق التطبيق: بيانات الحساب والموقع وسجل الرحلات ومعلومات الدفع وبيانات الجهاز، وفق نسخة محدّثة من هذه السياسة.
٢. لماذا نستخدمها
للتواصل معك بشأن الإطلاق والعروض، وتشغيل الموقع وتأمينه، والرد على الاستفسارات، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. أساسنا القانوني هو موافقتك ومصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل خدمة آمنة.
٣. المشاركة
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة (الاستضافة والبريد والتحليلات إن فُعّلت) الملتزمين بحمايتها، ومع الجهات الرسمية عند الطلب القانوني.
٤. خدمات الطرف الثالث
يحمّل الموقع الخطوط من Google Fonts (وقد تستلم عنوان IP الخاص بك) ويحتوي روابط إلى Facebook وInstagram وTikTok وYouTube وGitHub ولكل منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة.
٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات قائمة الانتظار حتى الإطلاق ثم ١٢ شهراً، أو حتى تطلب حذفها.
٦. حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت. راجع حذف البيانات أو راسلنا على [email protected].
٧. الأمان
نستخدم إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة، ولا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً.
٨. الأطفال
خدماتنا غير موجّهة لمن هم دون ١٨ عاماً ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.
٩. النقل الدولي
قد تُعالَج البيانات خارج بلدك (مثلاً لدى مزوّد الاستضافة) مع ضمانات مناسبة.
